Hi all, we meet again. Here are your weekly horoscope for this week. Enjoy.

Aries
Happy New Year, Aries! It's your favorite time, since you love new beginnings. What better fresh start could there be than when the calendar changes and the energy around you shifts? The year ahead promises to be filled with new experiences, since there's going to be a huge amount of energy changes in the cosmos: six Eclipses, four Mercury retrograde periods, Saturn changes signs, and Mars, your ruler, turns retrograde. You'll be busy from morning until night. This weekend get started on relaxation mode. Saturday is a great time to check out a yoga or tai chi class.

Taurus
Welcome to 2009! You're due to have a busy year with many energy shifts, and your ruling planet, Venus, will turn retrograde. You enjoy taking your time to think over your life choices. Once your ruler turns retrograde, you'll reexamine your life plan. This week you get a start on dealing with the tumultuous energy shifts that will occur this year as Venus enters perceptive and empathetic Pisces on Saturday. You'll be more attuned to the emotions of the people around you in the next several weeks. Your sympathy level will rise considerably.

Gemini
Welcome to the new year, Gemini! You love change and variety, so you'll be delighted with the cosmic changes in store for you in the year ahead. Your ruler, Mercury, will have four retrograde periods as opposed to the usual three, and there are six Eclipses on tap, two more than usual. Luckily, a dull routine won't be part of your scenario in the year to come. On Thursday you get started composing your New Year's resolutions as Mercury enters visionary Aquarius. Your brain will buzz with plans and you'll spend considerable time contemplating your future goals.

Cancer
Hurray! This week is the beginning of the sparkling new year of 2009. Cancer, you're ready for good news and good vibrations to cascade into your life. You'll certainly have many energy shifts to deal with, since there will be six Eclipses this year instead of the usual four - and Eclipses involve the Moon, your ruling planet! On Wednesday you get a boost in your ability to create your New Year's resolutions as the Moon enters intuitive Pisces on New Year's Eve. You have a strong sixth sense to begin with, but now your inner wisdom is accentuated.

Leo
It's party time, Leo! Gather up confetti and noisemakers as you welcome the new year of 2009. You sense you're going to experience a life shakeup in the coming year, and you're correct! There are many energy twists and turns ahead in 2009, since Venus and Mars both turn retrograde and Mercury has four retrograde periods as opposed to the usual three. On New Year's Day your wise mind gets a heads-up as Mercury enters clever Aquarius in your sector of rivals. You may decide to go easy on your competitive urges and tone them down.

Virgo
Virgo, you've been waiting to welcome in 2009. Now you can throw out your old calendar! You're very organized, you love change, and you love to get rid of items that you don't need any more. You'll sort through your closets, organize your address books, and clean out your dresser drawers to your heart's content. You'll undergo a lot of energy changes in the year ahead, since Mercury will undergo four retrograde periods and karmic Saturn will finally leave your sign.

You love festive gatherings, Libra, thanks to your social nature. That's why you're so eager to ring in the new year of 2009. The year promises to bring you a wealth of new experiences and events since your ruling planet, Venus, turns retrograde later this year. Wise Saturn will enter Libra and your sector of self during the course of the year, too! Get ready to undergo numerous learning experiences in 2009. On Saturday Venus enters compassionate Pisces and you'll lend a listening ear to all your friends. You may get lots of calls asking for advice.

Scorpio
Scorpio, your joy rises on Thursday since it's New Year's Day! The year ahead promises to be a busy one due to the fact that you'll experience six Eclipses as opposed to the normal four, four Mercury retrograde periods (one more than usual), and Venus and Mars turn retrograde. Yes, you'll certainly learn a lot about yourself in 2009. Wise Mercury enters Aquarius and your sector of home and family on New Year's Day. Over the next several weeks you'll spend an increasing amount of time attending to the needs of your family.

Sagittarius
Get out your party hat! This week is the start of 2009 and you'll celebrate on New Year's Eve as only a Sagittarius can. You'll have a lot of fun! The year ahead promises to provide you with many energy shifts, including the fact that Mercury will turn retrograde four times (one more than usual). Mercury retrograde can easily mess up your travel plans, so make sure you check with Mercury before you go on the road in the year ahead. On Wednesday Mercury in Capricorn conjuncts Jupiter in your sector of values and you'll begin your resolution list for 2009.

Capricorn
It's finally happening, Capricorn! The new year of 2009 is here. It promises to be a busy one for you, energy-wise, especially since Saturn, your ruler, will change signs later this year. Remember, you have a tendency to be a bit stuck in your routine even if it's not in your own best interests. An energy shakeup can help move you along your evolutionary path. On Wednesday, New Year's Eve, you'll receive a cosmic blessing as Saturn turns retrograde for the next four months. Your anxiety level will simmer down and you'll feel more relaxed than usual.

Aquarius
Happy 2009! You're a futuristic Aquarius and you love making plans for tomorrow. That's why your favorite books and movies are science fiction, and you're first in line to view 'tomorrowland' exhibits. On Thursday, New Year's Day, you'll buzz with the dreams and goals you have for your life. Allow for a few twists and turns to come your way, since the Universe is going to throw a lot of energy shifts toward you. On Saturday you reflect on what you really want out of life as Venus
enters Pisces and your sector of values.

Pisces
It's finally here, Pisces! You've struggled quite a bit recently. You can't wait to see old Father Time leave so you can witness the birth of baby new year of 2009. In 2009 you'll undergo many energy shifts, and stern Saturn will change signs later in the year. Saturn will move out of opposition to your Sun Sign and you'll breathe more easily. Top 10 Best Ultra Portable Laptop (1)

posted by my-blogmedia | Monday, December 22, 2008 |

Hi readers. Here are the Top 10 best ultra portable laptop review for you.See your budget and spend wisely to if you would like to buy it. We present it one by one.

Lenovo Thinkpad X200 Laptop
Because it bears a lower model number, you might imagine that this a less-powerful version of the ThinkPad X300, but the X200 actually has a more recent processor. The X300 has a 13.3-inch display, however, while the X200 has a 12.1-inch screen. Ah, but what you'll see when you fire this baby up!

At just under 3 pounds with its lightest battery installed, the X200 weighs a few ounces less than the ThinkPad X61, despite offering the same 12.1-inch-wide screen and a bigger keyboard. The bright little display has an easy-to-read, 1280-by-800-pixel resolution, making it quite comfortable for work on the go. And the built-in webcam keeps you in visual touch with your colleagues. The redesigned keyboard is as big as the ones that members of Lenovo's ThinkPad T series carry.

Equipped with the new Centrino 2 processor, Lenovo's ThinkPad X200 looks like a mild-mannered ultraportable, and yet it can leap tall workloads in a single bound. Its battery life is phenomenal, and the keyboard is huge. In short, this is a much better laptop than the ThinkPad X61, which it replaces, and a sure fire winner for on-the-run execs.

Top 17 Home Products Innovation Winner (14): RootSoak

posted by my-blogmedia | Saturday, December 20, 2008 |

Hello, my-blogmedia readers. We meet again. Here we are posting the winner of product innovations that might be usefull for you.

Honorable mention: RootSoak
Every budding botanist knows that plants drink most of their water through the roots, not from the leaves. RootSoak, designed by Seth Holehouse, of Columbus College of Art & Design, allows gardeners to water plants by focusing a steady stream of water at the base or "root zone" of a plant while minimizing the stress on one's wrist or lower back. A regular garden hose screws easily into RootSoak's ergonomic handle, which is designed with a forearm extension to reduce wrist strain. The handle pivots for comfortable watering at your feet or in a window box, made even easier thanks to the device's extendable neck. The business end of RootSoak is a tulip-shaped nozzle that, in the fashion of a switchable shower head, rotates to select among water patterns.

posted by my-blogmedia | Friday, December 19, 2008 |

Hi all, we meet again. Here are your weekly horoscope for this week. Enjoy.

Aries
Aries, you need to put your life and yourself back into balance this week. If you don't, your personal biorhythm and internal tempo will get seriously off kilter, and that's not a good situation for a hot-blooded and rash Ram! Consider changing your attitude a bit and you'll achieve more harmony in your life. On Friday medical issues are your number one concern as the Moon in your health sector trines Jupiter, the lucky planet. You've been worried about an ongoing medical issue, and now you'll actively seek out ways you can improve your health and vitality.

Taurus
Stormy weather is on the horizon for you this week, Taurus, but don't worry, you have a big enough umbrella to protect you once it starts raining. On Monday the Moon in Leo opposes your ruling planet, Venus, in Aquarius, and you'll experience a challenging emotional situation. Let your practicality guide you. You believe in the material world, but on Sunday your desire to seek answers from the Universe accentuates as the illuminating Sun enters your sector of philosophy. You want to know what your purpose is and find your true destiny. You'll receive answers very soon.

Gemini
Practice makes perfect, Gemini. You have a lot of scattered energy, and you believe that the first time you attempt a new endeavor you'll instinctively grasp the mechanics involved. That's not always true. On Monday you'll spend a lot of time trying to master a new skill. Your ability to control your emotions comes in handy on Friday as the Moon in analytical Virgo in your home sector squares the Sun in Sagittarius. A family member or roommate tries everything possible to provoke you, but you'll see through this person and not buy into his or her game plan.

Cancer
Communicating with others will be especially hard for you on Monday, Cancer. Remember that just because you soak up vibrations and impressions like a sponge, it doesn't mean you can effectively communicate your thoughts and feelings to others. Don't attempt to engage in any in-depth discussions early this week. On Sunday your energy level may sag a bit as the Sun enters Capricorn opposite your personal sign of the Crab. Make your health your main concern for the next several weeks. Put yourself on a regimen designed to boost your immune system. Eat right, exercise, and surround yourself with greenery.

Leo
Persistence pays off for you this week, Leo. On Monday dynamic Mars squares Saturn in your sector of values and you'll have to decide just how much you want to achieve a certain goal. If your heart really is in the project, then you're going to have to go above and beyond the call of duty to obtain your desire. You have trouble relating to one of your associates on Friday. Remember that not everyone you know will respond positively to your sunny and personable charm and radiance, so don't take this situation to heart.

Virgo
You're looking for the right way to turn down a relative who keeps asking you for a favor. You hit on the right response on Tuesday as Mars in your sector of home and family sextiles Neptune. Because of your conscientiousness, you're the go-to person in your family if anyone needs help, but this week you have an enormous number of your own responsibilities. Don't feel guilty about saying no. On Wednesday your sense of self-confidence and belief in yourself ratchets up considerably. You have tremendous strength and fortitude. You just need to remember that!

Libra
Keeping up with your close friend isn't easy, Libra. Yes, you have a lot in common and you enjoy each other's company, but there's a strong spirit of competition between the two of you. You may be trying to best your friend more often than you think. On Monday you think about what friendship really means to you. On Saturday your ability to think clearly evaporates as the Moon in Libra in your sector of self squares Mercury. Step back from the circumstances, and don't make any decisions until your mind clears.

Scorpio
You revamp the way you're dealing with a certain situation this week, Scorpio. The problem you're faced with reminds you of a dilemma that you dealt with in the past, but in all truth, the two situations are radically different. You may be unconsciously trying to go back in time and change the past. That could be the reason you're having so much trouble coping with your current issue. On Sunday your imagination takes flight as the brilliant Sun enters Capricorn and your sector of the mind. Your ability to write creatively increases considerably.

Sagittarius
Your motor is revved up and ready to go, Sagittarius, thanks to the presence of dynamic Mars in Sagittarius in your sector of self. In fact, you may be so energized that you find it hard to slow down or concentrate. On Thursday you hit burnout mode as the Moon in frenetic Virgo squares Mars. Get plenty of rest and relaxation even if you have to pencil downtime into your schedule. You evaluate your goals and plans starting on Sunday. Spend time over the next several weeks
reflecting on your current life situation and create a new life plan.

Capricorn
Hurray! The brilliant and beaming Sun enters Capricorn and your sector of self on Sunday, and your birthday month kicks off with the start of the Solstice. Yes, you're so important in the Universe that you have a seasonal change along with the commencement of your yearly celebration of you. What else would you expect? After all, you're ruled by Saturn, the taskmaster planet of the cosmos. This week is all about you, so please don't feel the least bit guilty about enjoying yourself. Get ready for a wonderful year ahead, one filled with many changes and diverse experiences.

Aquarius
You can't figure out where an associate of yours is coming from no matter how hard you try, Aquarius. It's becoming increasingly difficult for you to deal with this person's behavior toward you. Your dilemma hits a peak on Monday as the Moon in your sector of rivals opposes Venus in Aquarius. Let your famous tolerance and understanding of human nature kick in and you'll maintain your serenity. On Sunday keep a pen and paper near your bed so you can write down your dreams when you awaken.

Pisces
Cheer up, Pisces! On Monday you're down in the dumps as Mars squares Saturn opposite your personal sign. Yes, your best friend and traveling companion has moved away and you're feeling lost right now, but you'll change that scenario very soon. Luckily for you, you're getting a cosmic boost in your search for good companionship, thanks to the entry of the brilliant Sun in your sector of friends on Sunday. Consider joining a group in a subject that interests you and you'll find several like-minded souls to converse and bond with over the next several weeks.

Hi my-blogmedia readers, how are you. Miss your Mom, haha?. Continuing the previous posts, here is animal that have a good mom behaviour on number 1, finally. Enjoy.

1. Sea Louse
Sure she may be just a small aquatic crustacean, but the female sea louse is No. 1 on our list and here's why. First, she's lured by the male into his bachelor burrow for mating where -- surprise! -- she discovers that she's actually in a harem with 25 other pregnant females! If that wasn't bad enough, once the babies are ready to be born, they make their way into the world by eating her from the inside out. Worst. Childbirth. Ever.

Top 10 Bat-Gear Batman must have (6) : Batpositioning

posted by my-blogmedia | Sunday, December 14, 2008 |

Hi my-blogmedia readers. Are you ready to use Bat-Widget?. Several creative designer give you the Bat Gear or Bat Widget for you. What's That? Watch out, may be someday you will use these the Dark Night hitech tools, haha.. There are 10 widgets for you. We will post it one by one.

Batpositioning?
The dark streets of Gotham City or Hong Kong can be a labyrinth to navigate -- especially if you don't really have any talent for echolocation. That's why even a caped crusader can benefit from a handheld GPS. Just hitting shelves is the new Apple iPhone 3G, resplendent with built-in GPS goodness. But inconveniently for our Dark Knight, The New York Times' David Pogue writes that "the metal of a car or the buildings of Manhattan are often enough to block the iPhone's view of the sky, leaving it just as confused as you are."

If our hero is a little soured on Apple, he should consider sinking his bat fangs into Samsung's Instinct PDA Phone or Garmin's Colorado 400 series of handheld GPS devices (pictured). The 400 series models boast a Bat-Signal-bright 3-inch color display, worldwide base map with shaded relief or satellite imagery, 3-D map view, barometric altimeter (finally!) and electronic compass. And -- depending on the model -- you can get built-in U.S. topographic maps (perfect for locating the highest peak to brood on) or coastal water charts (no Aquabat vehicle should leave port without one). -- Danny Allen

Top 10 Scientifically Inaccurate Movies (7): Jurassic Park

posted by my-blogmedia | Friday, December 12, 2008 |

Hi my-blogmedia readers. If we take a look carefully on several movies, we would have notice that there's something wrong with the movie. Here is one of the top 10 scientifically inacurate movies, posted one by one. Enjoy.

Jurassic Park
Having a wildlife park full of dinosaurs would be a really cool idea if it weren't for a few problems. No, not imperfect security or the possibility of spontaneous lizard sex changes. The problem is that it would be almost impossible to clone the dinosaurs based on DNA pulled from the guts of a 25 million-year-old mosquito. The dinosaur DNA's double helix most certainly would have been broken down into individual chunks, mixing together with whatever else the mosquitoes might have eaten along with some of the insect's own genetic material. Any creature constructed from that mess might be the stuff of nightmares, but probably wouldn't look like a T. Rex.

Weekly Horoscope (Dec 08, 2008)

posted by my-blogmedia | Wednesday, December 10, 2008 |

Hi all, we meet again. Here are your weekly horoscope for this week. Enjoy.

Aries
Trying to stay put in one place may be difficult, as you have itchy feet. You yearn to get out and explore new horizons and go on an adventure that will captivate you heart and soul. This feeling may also show itself as a strong desire to learn something new. During this run up to the festive season you may want to spend some time in another country where you can sample all the delights and relax at the same time. Make sure you chill out and take a rest on Saturday.

Taurus
Your joint financial affairs are especially important to you. You have dreams that you wish to pursue, but you may be held back by events out of your control. Wednesday and Thursday are both days when you'll feel a great sense of frustration because you can't take advantage of an opportunity that could earn you a lot of money. You may decide to take the risk, but unless you're very sure of the outcome, this isn't a good idea. You need advice and you really need to know what you're doing before you take the plunge.

Gemini
Relationships of both the business and romantic variety are very important. In particular, Mars in Sagittarius is stirring things up and making sure that no stone is left unturned as you clear the air and make things better for everyone. Business partnerships will be making great progress as you discuss ideas and projects that could be quite ambitious. On Wednesday and Thursday you may be tempted to take a risk in the hope that it will pay off. This is especially the case where your career is concerned, so make sure you understand what's at stake.

Cancer
If you thought you could have a relaxing few days and time to get all the arrangements sorted out, then think again. You're under pressure to meet deadlines and you can't afford to ease off just yet. Expect the unexpected on Wednesday and Thursday, as anything could happen. You may feel in a rebellious mood and decide that no matter what needs to be done, you're going to do your own thing anyway. The more boring and repetitive the work you have to do, the less likely you are to stick with it, which could be a mistake.

Leo
You're brimming with ideas and determined to have fun. You're also seeking an adventure, something different from the usual day-to-day routine you've grown so used to. If you can get away, then seriously consider doing so. You're likely to be particularly rebellious on Wednesday or Thursday. Aspects to Uranus mean that it could be almost impossible to settle down and get on with life. If you've planned a business trip or even a short break away to catch up with festive shopping, this is the time to go for it.

Virgo
Your home zone is still in focus. There seems to be plenty of excitement and lots of new plans and ideas being circulated. When the Sun aspects Uranus on Wednesday, your partner may have a brilliant, unexpected plan that could surprise you. On the other hand, someone you haven't seen in some time may turn up at your door. Thursday is an equally interesting day with a few challenges to keep you on your toes. You may be pushed into taking a risk that you don't really want to think about.

Libra
All kinds of work-related issues may intrude upon your week. Just when you think it's safe to relax, up comes another surprise. Somehow they just keep popping up when you least expect it. Leave yourself extra time, especially if you have urgent deadlines. With a focus on your communication zone, you're going to be busy with e-mails, letters, phone calls, and administrative work. Be sure to share your ideas with others. If you have plans to write a book or start teaching a class, this is when you're most likely to go ahead.

Scorpio
You're very determined to do all you can to secure your current financial position, but the call of adventure may be too much to resist. Early in the week you'll be busy coming up with ideas to increase your earnings, perhaps by introducing new streams of income. However, by Wednesday your thoughts may be on other things, especially one idea that may constitute a major risk. You may be sorely tempted to spend large sums of money in order to fulfill a dream. Don't do it unless you're absolutely certain you can afford to.

Sagittarius
You seem to be in the hot seat this week. There's plenty going on in your sign suggesting that you'll play a central role in any activities. Your determination to get ahead is supreme, so go with the flow and enjoy it, but do be careful on Wednesday and Thursday. Anything could happen over these two days, so expect the unexpected and leave more time if you have deadlines or other important jobs to complete. Make time to chill out and watch a good movie over the weekend. Give yourself a break!

Capricorn
This is an important week for you as Pluto moves into your sign on Wednesday. It will stay in Capricorn until 2024. In the process, it will transform your approach to life and living. You'll also begin to express yourself more powerfully and dynamically. You'll need to be sensitive to those close to you. Put yourself in the other person's shoes from time to time. A New Moon in your spiritual zone on Thursday makes this an excellent time to start a new spiritual practice, such as meditation, yoga, or tai chi.

Aquarius
It seems as though you're bopping through life and making your social life a priority. Wednesday looks like one of those times when you may want to take a risk with your money. Although you may be under pressure from the powers that be to keep your finances under control, you may be so fed up with being 'good' that you decide to go off on a shopping spree or splurge on something wild. If you do so, you may end up risking your financial reputation for nothing, so be warned.

Pisces
You seem to be very much in the limelight, with your every move being watched. You have some great ideas and may be busy taking steps to make things happen. You may also be busy in your community helping out and organizing public events. That is all the more reason why you need to take care on Wednesday and Thursday. If you want to rock the boat, then do so in a way that doesn't affect your personal integrity or image. Make sure that your actions are exemplary, especially if you hold a position of power.

Top 10 Animal Moms (2): Octopus

posted by my-blogmedia | Monday, December 08, 2008 |

Hi my-blogmedia readers, how are you. Miss your Mom, haha?. Continuing the previous posts, here is animal that have a good mom behaviour on number 2. Enjoy.

2. Octopus
When it comes to having babies, the female octopus doesn't mess around -- she lays more than 50,000 eggs, and that's without any fertility drugs! It takes around 40 days for the eggs to develop before hatching, and the mom stays close to them the entire time, protecting them from predators while gently blowing currents of water over them to provide oxygen.

But playing bodyguard to the eggs also prohibits her from hunting for herself, so what's a mom to do? Well let's see -- with eight arms, surely that's more than any octopus really needs, so what's the harm in eating one? Pass the salt and pepper, please.

Rather than pony up for a cellular data card or get milked by Comcast on a monthly basis, he runs around town glomming free Wi-Fi wherever he can find it. Fortunately, Think Geek's WiFi Detector T-Shirt has his back (and the rest of his upper torso).

He just plugs a couple of AAA batteries into a pouch on the shirt, and it lights up like a Christmas tree as the cowled criminologist nears a Wi-Fi source. What's that? Radiation concerns? Surely that's a small price to pay for fighting crime and updating your Twitter feed at the same time. -- Darren Gladstone.
