Step 1

Go to http://www.blogger.com/ click "create your blog now". Be sure that you must have an email account first cause you will need it to log in to the control panel. Blogger ask email address for log in. You may have free public email succh as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.

Step 2

Entry your Identity. Input your email, password, user name or nick name that you wanna show at your blog and also security info. Click the term "accept the term of service".

Step 3

Give your blog a name. You can do that with entering your blog title and adress. For most of blogger users, the title and the adress would be the same. Wait for a second, and then click "next" button.

Step 4

Template. Choose the template that you feel cofortable aand nice looking. Choose the attractive template so the readers can enjoy it.

There are several sites that provide blog account. I noticed many FREE blogs that we can us. Blogger and Wordpress might be the famous name. I'm myself used Blogger, other might be used wordpress, it's depend on what we like and comfort to.
