QHSE Manager
• To maintain effectiveness of the QHSSE Management System so as to mitigate any potential QHSSE risks in the prevention/mitigation of accidents and incidents within the organization.
• The primary point of contact for the management and implementation of IMS and Business Management systems for alignment to the EEP Expectations.
• Maintain ISO accreditation, IMS development and implementation.
• Provide QHSSE and EEP support in assisting the region in meeting corporate, legal and clients requirements.
Qualifications Requirements:
• In depth knowledge of local legislation and regulations to determine potential risk and impact upon the company.
• 7-10 years experience with QHSSE Management Systems and track record of implementation (4 years experience and background with a oilfield service company is preferred).
• Effective training and presentation skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management.
• Quality – HSE BS/BA degree or Engineering Diploma.
• Background of a culture change management process.
• Lead Auditor Certification.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office programs including Visio and Adobe.
• Willing to travel.
Recruitment Manager
Work closely with the line management teams to identify, attract & recruit potential talent, local and expatriate candidates across the entire organization. Advises and coordinates in the implementation and formulation of recruitment policies, procedures, principles and administrative matters in accordance to Weatherford Corporate, Regional, District policies and Local laws and practices in a professional and cost effective manner.
Qualifications Required:
• 5-10 years working experience in Human Resources functions.
• Proficiency in Recruitment, HRMS/PEOPLESOFT.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline (MBA in any core HR Functions is preferred).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge on HR policies and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of local governmental policy, regulations and labour laws, working permit for International Assignee.
• Strong leadership, managerial, mentoring and counseling skills.

Ensures that all tenders or agreements are reviewed in accordance with internal procedures. This includes ensuring that all tenders or agreements are subjected to legal, tax, and credit reviews.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelors degree in Business/Engineering. Masters degree in Law/Business/Engineering would be a plus.
• Advanced computer skills (the Microsoft Office applications and the Internet).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic awareness of contract law and related legal concepts including practical application in a business environment, in particular, upstream oil and gas operations.
• Detail oriented and results focused.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to think analytically and creatively.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Ability to travel.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in contract review and negotiation or related legal or commercial background.
Tender & Contract Administrator
Ensures that assigned tenders or agreements are handled in a timely manner and in accordance with internal procedures and BP Migas regulations.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of college diploma. Bachelors degree would be a plus.
• Good computer skills (the Microsoft Office applications and the Internet).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline and to work outside normal working hours when needed.
• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
General knowledge of tender process under BP Migas regulations would be a plus.
